Why Ive exists

Your assistant is fast, and it knows nothing about your company.

People now do much of their work with an assistant beside them. It writes the proposal, drafts the deck and answers the customer’s question.

So it works from whatever it is handed: an old deck, a logo found in a chat, a figure nobody can trace. The work looks finished, and somebody has to check all of it. The more a team uses AI, the more that costs.

Ive gives every assistant the same answer. What your company looks like, what is true about it and what it says are kept in one place, approved by the people who answer for them.

What it is

Ive is a home for a company’s brand and knowledge, and for everything made from them.

• Brand identity Brand kits for the company, its products and its partners, with one library of elements, components, templates and assets.
• Knowledge repository The company, its offerings, people, partners, credentials and case studies, each fact with its source and a date to check it again.
• GTM The approved material sales and marketing use, ready to take, tailor and export.
• My Space Each person’s own place: their kit, their details, their collateral and what was shared with them.
• Your assistant One address and one sign-in, so an assistant can reach all of it, as the person using it.

The name

Ive stands for Identity, Value and Expression: how a company looks, what it knows and what it says. Brand identity, the Knowledge repository and GTM are those three things, and everything a company makes comes from putting them together.

Who it is for

Ive is for people who work very closely with AI and have a lot happening at once. It is your assistant, working with your tools, your people and your company, all the time.

In a company, that means the brand team keeping the brand whole, sales and marketing saying one thing, content owners keeping facts true, and every person having what is theirs from their first day. See how each team uses it.

What we hold to

Approved before it is in use.

What an editor, a designer or an assistant writes waits for an admin, and is given to nobody else until it is approved.

People decide.

An assistant has what its person has, at that moment, and no more. When somebody leaves, there is nothing to take back.

Every fact has a source.

Knowledge says where it came from, and how far it can be trusted.

Every act is on the record.

Who did it, when, and through which assistant.

Nothing is lost.

A delete goes to a recycle bin for 90 days, and comes back exactly as it was.

Yours alone, and yours to take.

Each organisation has its own database and its own files. Knowledge leaves as OKF, and the design system as DESIGN.md with W3C design tokens.

Your tools stay

Ive does not ask anybody to move. Keep Figma, Canva, Cursor, your slides and your documents. Connect the assistant you like by signing in, and keep your design up to date in Ive.

There is no Figma or Canva plugin today. Later, we could build connectors for those tools and others, so they read directly from your knowledge repository.

Who makes it

Ive is a product of Reveriext Inc., built in reLabs, where Reveriext makes its own products.

A lot of companies are using Ive today. Reveriext builds its own design with it too, so what we ship is what we work in.

Ive is invite-only at this point. There is nothing to sign up for. Write to us at hello@reveriext.com and tell us about your company, how big the team is and which assistant you use. If Ive is a fit, we set up an organisation for your company and invite your admin.
